In response to several requests, the e-Citiz community was created in the second half of 2008. Why do we do the same task for many times? However, the delta between the various requests is either marginal or completely unavailable.
The founding principle of the community is based on sharing resources and investment between the several actors in order to optimize cost and to re-use production.
A community comprising several sub-communities:
To meet all expectations, the Community is composed of several sub-communities representing research centers that have the same functional scope (general and regional councils, cities and communities). This does not prevent to include good or flexible ideas in any sub-group.
Joining the Community also means to be committed to restoring all or part of its production.
Copyrights and usage of the generated applications: Each member of the community is committed to only afford his own applications or those that were developed under a contract. Copyrights are not automatically granted by joining the e-Citiz Community except for the right to usage.
Specification and Development Platform: tools enabling you to actively participate in the Community.
