The Need for Multi-roles Web Self-Service

SEQUANTIC wanted to have an information system open for its clients, partners and suppliers. This information system is a marketing, commercial, financial and operational tool. The users of the information system are numerous and they intervene in the SEQUANTIC business model:

• Clients can be the network operators (the service integrators and providers).
• Clients can be the concerned enterprises willing to use the broadband services of the operators.
• IDRESO employees include the commercial, administrative, technical and managerial teams
• Suppliers such as Alcatel-Lucent that provide network equipment and sub-contractors who are responsible for the construction of the buildings’ network and connection.
