e-Enterprise is a software suite based on the e-Citiz product of process digitalization. Unlike the conventional tools, e-Enterprise meets your needs, fits into you information system and reduces your basic costs in a rapid and fundamental way. Offered in Saas mode, the e-Enterprise suite makes your human resources and administrative processes accessible in a secure and organized way using an internal web portal.
With AccéCité, the generated e-services are made in conformity with the accessibility constraints by respecting WAI standard. AccéCité respects WAI AA level enabling the developed services to be in compliance with the French and European legislation.
The e-Citiz studio enables fast development and upgrade of e-services independently of the technical platform. This phase is defined as the functional specification phase during which an e-service is specified and an operational prototype is generated for validation at all iterations: The first loop. Then, the designer generates the e-service for the targeted technical platform (application server, database, directory …). Thus, the finalized e-service (layout, graphical presentation, interfacing using a Back office, complicated checks, calculations …) is revalidated by a functional expert: The second loop. This logic of double loops characterizing the e-Citiz studio is patented.
The Studio is designed for the creation of the e-Service graphical interface, navigation and standard checks. With just a few clicks you can automatically generate your e-services. You can then execute it and validate it instantly with the e-Citiz Engine.
It responds to actions initiated by users of digitalization processes: the Citizen, the elected Official, the Employee, the Client, the Representative or Administration manager, HR Services or other Company departments. It displays data and manages interactions between different players.
