Luxembourg Single Window Platform
The e-Citiz platform was chosen by the state of Luxembourg for the development and deployment of its e-services. eLuxembourg aims at rapidly systematizing the deployment of services as well as affording Single Windows for citizens and enterprises to simplify procedures for users on the one hand and to increase the productivity of administrations on the other hand.
Each procedure subject to an assistant (or an e-service) can involve one procedure or more within one or several organizations and meet a specific situation or obligation. The accomplished procedure leads to the creation of an electronic file.
The selected solution enables to systematize fast deployment of new services provided for citizens.
It allows Luxembourg systems analysts to quickly specify and validate new services with administrations according to a process of e-services industrialization.
eLuxembourg successfully conducted external audits on the accessibility, the performance and the security of its e-service platform.
