• Orders are placed either via web forms, phone, fax or EDI; they are validated and integrated into the e-Citiz workflow, then they are electronically forwarded to suppliers and finally confirmed by the garage owners.
• The administrators and operators of jecommande.com can monitor and intervene at each phase of this process.
